At GoNutrika, we strive to deliver your favorite natural food products to your doorstep in the safest and fastest way possible.

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 5–8 working days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Standard Delivery (within India): 3–7 working days (depending on your location).
Express Delivery (Selected Cities): 1–3 working days.
Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, festivals, or due to unforeseen delays by courier partners.
Shipping Charges: Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹100–₹150 (depending on location) will apply.
Shipping Coverage: We currently ship all across India.
International shipping can be arranged upon request.
Order Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.
Delays & Issues: GoNutrika is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery at +91-9819704426.
Returns: Due to the nature of our food products, returns are not accepted once delivered.
Replacements: If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, we will replace it at no extra cost (provided you inform us within 24 hours of delivery).
