At GoNutrika, we strive to deliver your favorite natural food products to your doorstep in the safest and
fastest way possible.
• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 5–8 working days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Standard Delivery (within India): 3–7 working days (depending on your location).
• Express Delivery (Selected Cities): 1–3 working days.
• Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, festivals, or due to unforeseen delays by courier
partners.
• Shipping Charges: Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
• For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹100–₹150 (depending on location) will apply.
• Shipping Coverage: We currently ship all across India.
• International shipping can be arranged upon request.
• Order Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.
• Delays & Issues: GoNutrika is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or
incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery

• Returns: Due to the nature of our food products, returns are not accepted once delivered.
• Replacements: If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, we will replace it at no extra
cost (provided you inform us within 24 hours of delivery).
